Refund Policy

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL!*** This includes but is not limited to: “I changed my mind.”, “Ordered the wrong product” and “Failure to enter coupon code”, etc.

All of our products are freshly hand made to order in small batches. We Do Not accept returns or refunds due to the nature of our products for this purpose and sanitary reasons.

If you have received a damaged product, you have 24-48 hours after receiving the product to contact True Health Love. Once you have received an approval for return, you will receive an email with a return address attached as well as instructions. A video will be recorded upon the opening of all products/returns to ensure the safety of our products and staff, and preserve the honesty of our customers.

There will be no refunds for orders that are received outside of our shipping policy window as stated on the website. If applicable, it will be determined on a case-by-case basis if True Health Love grants a coupon code for the inconvenience.

If we approve/agree to a refund for any reason, the customer has the option of either still receive their standing order or receive a refund instead, to which either choice will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. *Shipping fees are non-refundable*

We only replace items if they are damaged during mail transit.
