## Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or severe weather conditions.

## Shipping Schedule

- Herbal products are generally shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Meal orders are shipped on Mondays unless otherwise stated.
- Customers who place orders on Sundays may still receive shipping within the following business week.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

## Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

## Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. True Health Love is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@truehealthlove.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

## Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, True Health Love is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues after tracking has been provided.

## Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged with contents spilled during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@truehealthlove.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.

## International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.
